J. K. Tyl Theatre / Velké divadlo

A repertory theatre with a permanent staff, also host of the largest Czech international festival Theatre / Divadlo. The theatre's drama company performs both well-known titles of world drama, as well as new plays written for the theatre. 30 actors, 260 performances, 7 productions, 3 stages: Big Theatre (capacity 446), Chamber Theatre (capacity 440) and Theatre in the Club (capacity 60). The theatre also has ballet, opera and operetta companies.
